This course gives participants basic training to act in an emergency situation providing critical life saving actions before professional medical help arrives. Covers CPR, recovery position, de-fib and choking.

This course meets the requirements to fulfil the need for an emergency first aider in the workplace and is also suitable for other groups such as activity groups, voluntary organisations and community groups.

Emergency First Aid at Work plus 2 hour Forestry First Aid.

This course is for anyone who is looking to expand their skills and knowledge to act in an emergency in forestry and agricultural settings. The forestry add on covers the recommended topics stated in the Forestry Commission First Aid policy 2015 including life threathening bleeding, Lyme disease, crush injuries, emergency planning and remote medical assistance.
