  • The instructor is continually assessing through oral questioning and practical activities. 
    Full attendance is required. 
    There is no written assessment. 
    There is no grading of the assessment, a certificate will only be issued if the criteria has been successfully met.

  • The qualification is available to those aged 16 or over.

    Participants must be fluent in English.

    Full attendance of the course is a requirement to pass.

  • This qualification is non regulated and certificates of achievement will be awarded for those who demonstrate competence.

This group training course is suitable for anyone who already holds a first aid certificate and is looking to expand their skills and knowledge to act in an emergency in high-risk situations where life-threatening bleeding could occur - for example in construction and forestry.
