If training is being delivered at a venue of your choice it must meet the following criteria:

  • Room should be of an adequate size that all learners can be on the floor at the same time with space to work.

  • The flooring should be clean to allow practical work at floor level to be completed.

  • The room should be conducive to learning and be of a comfortable temperature, well lit, ventilated and free from distracting noise.

  • Chairs and table space should be provided. If the room is not big enough for floor space and tables then floor space takes preference.

  • If there is no TV available to plug into for PowerPoint then there should be additional space provided for a screen and projector.

  • Access to the room is required a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the start of the courses and available 30 minutes after course. If there is no parking on site this time will increase and will be discussed.

  • Failure to supply an adequate room may result in training not being delivered and no refund will be issued. If you have any concerns about the room being provided you should contact us at least 7 days prior to discuss.

  • Upon booking an invoice will be sent for 50% of the course fee which upon payment will secure the date.

If due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot deliver the course on the date agreed then alternative dates will be offered and if they don’t suit, a full refund will be issued.
Upon course completion an invoice for the remaining balance will be issued and payment is due within 30 days. Failure to do so will result in late payment fees.
Certificates will not be issued until full payment is received.
Booking and paying 50% course fee is an agreement to the full Terms and Conditions.

For courses that require practical activities and assessment all participants should be physically fit with no injuries that prevent movement onto floor and back up. It is also a requirement for individuals to perform effective CPR at floor level unaided. This can put strain on a person’s knees, back, shoulders, wrists and other areas.

If anyone is concerned please contact us before training as anyone not able to perform these tasks on the day due to existing injury or restraint may not be able to pass the course and no refund will be applicable.

Should anyone have any additional learning needs please communicate that at least 7 days prior to course date.
