Building safer workplaces & communities across Scotland

Colorful band-aids with a quote about confidence and skills.

Our courses are designed to meet current UK regulations set out by the Health and Safety Executive, as well as industry best practice. We combine real-world scenarios with hands-on learning so that your skills are not only certified but genuinely useful when it matters most.

We deliver a comprehensive range of accredited first aid training, including First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid at Work and Basic Life Support qualifications for employers looking to meet Health & Safety requirements.

For those working in higher-risk environments, we offer specialist training in Catastrophic Bleeding Control, Forestry First Aid and Activity First Aid. These courses provide tailored content for remote locations, physically demanding activities such as horse riding and acrobatics, and environments with additional hazards. This specialist training ensures learners understand how to respond to life-threatening situations quickly and effectively.

To support those working with children, young people and vulnerable adults, we also provide Safeguarding Awareness training and Principles of Safeguarding, helping organisations meet their duty-of-care responsibilities.

If you require flexible learning, our blended first aid courses combine online study with practical, face-to-face training - ideal for workplaces and busy professionals who need recognised first aid certification with minimal disruption.

Our mission is simple:

“to deliver accredited first aid training that’s engaging and effective to build safer workplaces and communities throughout Scotland.”

What People Are Saying

  • "We had a great experience with Yvonne for our group first aid training. The 2-day session was fun, interactive, and really engaging from start to finish. Yvonne explains everything clearly and makes the training easy to understand and remember, with plenty of hands-on activities and interesting scenarios that were relevant to our circus activities. I’d absolutely recommend a course by Yvonne to any organisation needing first aid training."

Gemma Simpson, Charity Director, Adventure Circus

  • "Yvonne delivered excellent courses in First Aid and Safeguarding to all of our instructors, in a language that we could all understand.  Everything was explained in great detail, and gone over in more detail if any of our team struggled.  Would highly recommend, and we will  use Yvonne's services when we are due for renewals."
